Thanks to the efforts of Ellie Case, her fun-filled Saluki match held in Springfield Illinois on October 16, 2004 raised $200.00 for Saluki health studies. Prizes were donated by Don and Karen Magee, Jackie Harrington, Kris and Scott Smith, Becky Sickbert, Jeanie Rhodes, Betsy Cummings, Cyndee Hahn and Ellie Case. Other participants included Rick Brown, Donna Wagner, Jaqi TerHAAR, Coleen Malloy and Diane Kuzera.

Exceedingly generous donations have been made by Kathy and Jeff Lipps continuing the tradition
of donating $1 for each dog defeated in conformation, obedience, agility and coursing by Windrush Salukis. They included some extra "for the cause" for a total of $900 for 2005, $2000 for 2004, $3000 for 2003, $1500 for 2002, $1250 for 2001, $1250 for 2000 and $400 for 1999!
